For short stays:
For short stays (up to 28 nights) you will receive your invoice directly from the accommodation. Since we are an intermediary between guests and accommodation providers, we cannot issue invoices to you.
For long stays:
Upon successful booking through myroom24, you will automatically receive an invoice for our service fee. Since myroom24 acts as an intermediary between you and the accommodation provider, we can only issue an invoice for the service fee.
This is also valid for your connection months.
You will receive the invoice for the monthly room rate and the final cleaning fee on-site at your accommodation.
