A rating of the accommodation is only possible if you have actually booked and visited the accommodation. After you have checked out, you will receive an email from us and can submit your rating for the accommodation via the link in this email. Since we are an online booking platform, your experience will help other guests to get to know the accommodation better and thus make a decision for a booking easier. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. If you don't find a message from us there either, you can rate your booking directly in your user account under the Reservations section.
