Basically, we distinguish between instant bookings and booking requests.
Instant bookings: These advertisements can be booked immediately and do not require any advance confirmation by the accommodation provider. The booking can be paid and completed directly online.
Booking requests: Accommodations that are not set to immediate booking require a pre-confirmation by the accommodation provider. Booking requests are binding, which means that when making a booking request, the guest must provide their payment details before confirming the booking request. Should the accommodation provider confirm the request, the payment method deposited by the guest will be automatically debited. Should the accommodation reject the request, the request will be automatically cancelled and remains free of charge for the guest and the accommodation provider.
After a successful booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with a 6-digit booking code that must be verified by you at check-in.
