You may only prematurely cancel a booking made through myroom24 for the following reasons:
- Detection or prevention of fraud or other illegal activities.
- Violation of rights of third parties
- Violation of valid right by the guest
- Default of payment by the guest
- Violation by the guest of the house rules in force at the respective accommodation provider (esp. smoking in the room or other areas of the hotel excluded from smoking, unauthorized bringing of pets, guest planning a large and unauthorized party in the accommodation premises)
- subletting or otherwise transferring the rented accommodation to third parties
- insulting or inappropriate messages sent to the accommodation provider via the chat function of the website
- insolvency or closure of the Accommodation Provider;
- obligations imposed on the Accommodation Provider by law and/or by public authorities, which make accommodation impossible or unreasonable for the Accommodation Provider (e.g. in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic);
- force majeure (e.g. war, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics) that make accommodation impossible or unreasonable for the accommodation provider; or
- unforeseeable damage to the accommodation or unforeseeable, not insignificant restrictions on the usability of the accommodation.
